People lots of anons around the world make screenshots. If we're going to compare tweets to the tweets and tweets to posts, everything should be in the same timezone so this all makes sense.

That was speculation, yes, but you're choosing to ignore Trump's [15] and [1] self-deltas. Q pointed these out. Q also confirmed the timing between Tweets in the attached graphic.

Yes it would. Two tweets with different timezones would be HOURS off. The delta is always in minutes and therefore would be meaningless.
