Becky is a reference back to a woman he cheated with that Beyonce first called out in a song ("you better call Becky with the good hair"). The alleged Becky is Rachel Roy who was married to Damon Dash. It gets creepy when you realize that Damon was in love with Aaliyah while married to Rachel, and so was Jay. JayZ had her killed as his sacrifice for fame. Damon and Jay fell out soon after and are no longer business partners.
JayZ also had Cathy White killed. She was pregnant with his baby.
