Is this a mere reference to what some people call "wetware". Transforming human beings into externally controlled entities, i.e. being micro-chipped, under 24/7 surveillance, mood and finally mind-controlled and gaining control over muscles. Eventually transforming humans into the equivalent of robots?

Or is there even more? I have heard from alleged former black-ops contractors, such as Cody Snodgress, that there really is such a thing as PSYINT (using intelligence gleaned from psychics). I don't believe this is true. But Q please give us a hint, how far the rabbit hole really goes? Even beyond such things as "wetware" or the plot of the movie "Soylent Green"?
