Look how far we've come in three months!!!
There is such a thing as Change Management. Change has to be carefully MANAGED. I was a business manager before I retired and my group would analyze and propose changes to business processes to improve performance and results. Even though most of the changes were "no brainers," we still had to carefully consider the effect of the changes on the people. Our plans had to consider the impacts of the changes. Because all changes, even positive ones, are disruptive.
The changes we are talking about here are ENORMOUS!!!
POTUS and the Q group are exercising outstanding leadership, superb stewardship, by carefully proceeding forward. It's a balancing act. And it's being led by the best of the best!
