PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The General Dynamics facility in Portsmouth is on lockdown due to an incident involving Navy personnel.
Police said in a tweet dispatch received a call about an active shooter around 11:45 a.m.
A spokesperson for General Dynamics confirmed to 10 On Your Side there were no causalities and no shots fired in the incident.
A police spokesperson said officers are working to clear the facility, but so far no one has been found with a weapon.
