Update on the Alaska pipeline saga, it's continuing to look fishy.
Hawk https://www.hawkpros.com/ is a consulting company to the oil and gas industry and is comprised of: Hawk Consultants, LLC in Anchorage, AK, started in 1985 by Maynard Tapp, and added Hawk Technical Services, LLC in Tomball (houston) TX, in Feb 2015 http://www.akbizmag.com/Engineering/Hawk-Opens-Texas-Office/
Concurrent with the expansion they hire this guy https://www.linkedin.com/in/pat-mcquillan-2515a58/de, and he sets up office in the Houston area.
Maynard Tapp dies Sept 2017 http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/adn/obituary.aspx?pid=186760419 and Pat McQuillan takes over.
Concurrent with the reorg previously mentioned https://www.ktuu.com/content/news/Alyeska-to-cut-10-percent-of-pipeline-workforce-eliminating-jobs-492525851.html they have cut all 12 of their safety people. Plan is to replace with 5 contractors from Hawk. Historically Hawk's MO has been to recycle ex-employees through for more money.
When I look at Pat McQuillan he has spook written all over him.
MORE convinced there is an op ongoing.
