I'd say the fascist NPG (note: not anti) incorporates the other two… you can say that it's the "new and improved" version…..
come to think of it…. the punks behind the scenes are trying to make everyone NPC's so only they are influencing the game…..when in reality… it's the people that are actually doing all the work and coming up with the ideas… they are only good stealing ideas and corrupting them… and manipulating others to do their deeds with their funny money…brides… blackmail……who does have the power???
