On the one hand, they can say that waiting till after the Midterms is to not appear to be interfering with the election.

 

Except, the real reason they're waiting is because once they exonerate Trump and identify the Democrats as the real culprit, they know that the Democrat biased Media War Machine will go on full blast to all but guarantee a possible Blue Wave. They can't risk that.

All this is known. Mueller did something before 2001 that has been held over him ever since. That's why he was compelled to obey 9/11 coverup and play a role in Uranium One. Mueller, however, "was" a good guy, and POTUS knew this. POTUS knows where the bodies are buried. POTUS has the goods on the bad actors.

 

POTUS offered Mueller a chance to erase the blackmail they have over him and become free again. Mueller JUMPED at the chance.
