I think it’s possible the Kavanaugh backlash was better than expected and therefore they are holding back other things they could have done before the election. These other strategies are probably higher risk before the election like arrests and such. Q is less concerned about people believing they are legit and more about winning overall strategy. It’s fine with me whatever is the best course of action for victory.
