So many people have been NPC'd into barely human automatons with severe personality disorders. That is a psycho/social/spiritual condition that can rarely be altered. Only controlled.

You know that for the most part police do not exist to prevent criminals from doing what they do - especially in larger cities. The best they can do is CONFINE crime to certain areas that they can keep an eye on. Anti-socials know where to go for their vice. Good people stay away. Vice-types stray, they get locked up for put down.

Me thinks that this may have to be part of the overall solution. There are just too many people in our culture that are disturbed past fixing. I don't know. Our civilization went to far. I wish Q would have happened a couple decades ago.
