Anon just citing capacity numbers.
NRG Arena is set up to accomodate 8,500.
Toyota Center can host 18,500 for basketball or 19,000 for concerts.
In other words, capacity for the rally was more than doubled.
Must have been re-reading the crumb dumbs.
