Wasn't one of JA's insurance files able to be decrypted partially by using the passkey "ONION"?

We never were able to decrypt anything from that file. What if pic related is the correct order through which you must peel back the encryption like an onion one at at time.

I unfortunately don't have the file (I believe it was insurance.aes256). Does anyone have a torrent for it?
