Reptilians = just same as "wicked angel" or Satan or whatever. The rebellious "angel", who wants to create his own "heaven".
I have to come to a point in my life after Trump's election that I believe this all to be true. There is god, and then there are lesser gods and one of the lesser gods is this rebellious one, "satan". Satan has been on this planet since the beginning of the time itself, but never been so openly behaving. Communism was the breaking point when Satan was freed openly.
