I think both theories are correct. Shit's fucked, fam. Also, cloning facilities. Also, as far as SSP stuff goes, they need slaves, but if they just abduct people all the time, it'll become to apparent what's going on, so one way to go about it is kidnapping a child, and using tech. to essentially copy/paste their consciousness into a genetically similar clone body they created in one of their labs (since the clone would otherwise be mindless, not having any upbringing and all)…

Expand your thinking, anon. Reports of reptilians come from many independent sources. Check out the series of interview Emery Smith did with David Wilcock. He worked in a DUMB and dissected many bodies, took tissue samples etc. and claims to have seen a 9-tall reptile being walking around–but emphasizes that he doesn't know if it's ET or a genetic hybrid or what (such is the nature of psyops surrounding the subject). That's just one example.

 

Though being 'reptilian' also refers to a state of mind, since we have a 'reptilian brain'.

 

Also, the Nazis supposedly developed/got their SSP tech from reptilian beings. Also heard reports of reptilians essentially 'warning us off the Moon' when we first went up there in '69 (check out the late William Tompkins interviews for more about that). Tony Rodriguez and Corey Goode also reportedly encountered such beings.
