you got me a little intrigued there…..can say in a fast analysis I realized something….

#1……the star pattern on HRC logo indicates a spiraling upside down pentagram…

#2…..I found a variant with red and blue…stars aligned right side up, 5 in red, with a like-oriented star at the head of the lion….symbology of red wave led by POTUS to overtake blue with red-wave followers? I get this guess from the fact I am seeing…..

#3…..all logos seem to have the stars in blue upside down…..this may be the norm over the course of D vrs. R….will look into it a bit.

#4…..Symbology can be quite the pickle…….susceptible to fuckery without proper understanding of it's use, and easily buried under heavy opposition forgery on all sides of the spectrum
