It should be obvious by now that the "ET" PsyOp was the Hollywood cover story to conceal DOD's own covert advanced technologies. The "greys" were the original NPCs.

I don't know if intelligent ETs exist, but if they do, they would look beautiful and functional, the way humans do. For example, they would not have a head so large that it would snap off, if they bent over. George Lucas understood this, but apparently Spielberg didn't and instead relied on Crowley's cult of Lam nonsense for his movie making.

Ok, if they exist in another dimension, then it follows that their only power over humans is through collective "belief." For example, a $50 bill in your pocket has the power to alter your future, but it can do so only within the confines of a society of people who all believe in its monetary power. If you are alone in the middle of a desert, its just a piece of paper.
