You're interpreting this rather narrowly. They do want to protect men (and people generally) by upholding high evidenciary standards, and by resisting the cultural Marxists' efforts to undermine American society in the name of "believe women."
Take a look at the group's web site. It's a political organization geared toward African Americans. Their "air campaign" is obviously going to be designed to appeal that way also. But we shouldn't be dismissive of the significance of this. Most of these voters have literally never been directly targeted with an appeal to vote Republican. It was almost unthinkable until recently.
If Trump and his allies are successful in moving the needle on the African American vote by even a few percentage points, it's game over for Democrats. They're counting on 90+% support from their voting plantation.
