Based on another Anon's mention (and Q's, too) of Rivzi Traverse I went to the DoS FOIA reading room. There was only one mention.

However, it puts together Richard Brason, Soros' Tides Center, Rivzi and other characters I haven't dug yet via an organization called "Alliance of Civilizations". Looks like a media and banking consortium/cartel.
