I think between Kavanaugh's confirmation to the SCOTUS, and the continuing exposure and loss of support of the Dems, force is no longer an option. And the optics before an election were very bad.

The fraudulent voting is stopped, and if any cabal CIA Dems get elected, they will be arrested and sent to Gitmo for tribunals after they take their oaths of office that then qualifies them to treason tribunal charges.

Hillery and the current active traitors can be sent for tribunals anytime after the election, say by 11/11/2018, and the civilian collaborators given civil trials in the cleaned our judicial system.
