I Know a handy man here in CO, he makes $75 to $100 an hour an he's booked 40 hours a week. He's down to doing the EASIEST of stuff, and he turns away tons of business. Straight shooter, very clean, sweet truck, does it right, and makes a ton of money fixing gates and sinks and cupboards because people are too busy or lazy or ignorant to do their own work.

Again, he does it RIGHT. He's a country Deplorable like us, and like he says, "I just stay in my lane." So he doesn't paint or mow yards or hire people, he just does the best job he can, he writes handwritten thank you letters (Like he says, If he spends two hours to fix your gate and he makes $200, the least he can do is send a letter each tim) So he's a REALLY good guy.
But…The market is there. He's in a bigger city, but, if you put in 40 CLEAN hours at even $40 an hour, that's a good paycheck without hardly ANY of the bullshit. And it's a TRUE service if you do it right??
