Somethings are still a mess, I expected certain agencies to be a bit more patriotic and cleaner then they actually are. Can't really say much else, I already posted enough info relevant to this before, in these 2-3 weeks.
Some of my assumptions may be incorrect, thats always a possibility. I don't know everything or have time to find out everything pertinent.
