Always do a (((Provisional Patent))) first it only costs $75 dollars and it last up to 12 months while one is shopping their idea around to prospective investors or scam artists like the company described. Provisional Patents were created to protect the little guy from people infringing on their intellectual property. There is no need to have an attorney or expensive blueprints drafted and the twelve month time period can also be extended with an additional payment and form submission....happy inventing :)
