Might be nothing, but I've noticed a highlighted D and possibly a missing S on the slides. The UK English version of this is 'focussed'.
D plus missing S = Deep State? Is this a Q hint?
Focused is the US spelling, focussed is the UK one. We could both be correct. Not sure about the D though.
