As to where the 2nd prison is being arranged…. yesterday on board it seemed pretty clear that its a Federal Women's Prison in WV.

Governor declared an emergency on Opioid Abuse as a cover to get National Guard in motion. Some anon dropped that there was news coverage of a particular women's prison being taken over by the NG. Prison Staff were walked out the door.

On today's board it seems we are trying to figure out the 2nd prison clue. Did I miss something? Or are we being thorough?
