This appears to be the right one. The name and birthdate match. Please look through bread 429. We spent several hours on that bread trying to figure out who the target is. There are 2 people with Rosatom, one with the same name but different birthdate, and one with a similar name but not Ivanov. Also a possibility that Pachenko Sergey was the target. And also

possibility proposed of Evgeny Levanov (Ilyinov). Too many posts to list all of them here but if you go to that bread you can follow the thread.

If this is the person that Q said was over the target, then the Rosatom connection was incorrect.

Q said over the target but the person who pointed out this name pointed a link to a person with a similar name who works at Rosatom.

There is another person named Vyacheslav Ivanov who works at Rosatom but wrong birthdate.

Found another Vyacheslav Ivanov with correct birthdate but not at Rosatom, which Q doesn't specify as a identifier for the target.

Other possibilities as well and all was discussed last night on bread 429.

Are you referring to his over the target comment?

Because the initial comment pointed out Ivanov and gave a link to the wrong person, Pershukov. They both work at Rosatom. Ivanov is the right name but the guy at Rosatom has the wrong birthday. This is the guy with the right name and the right birthday.

There is a lot to explain. I'll try without going through bread 429 which would be the best way to assimilate it.

First over the target post identified Ivanov but gave a link to someone else who had a similar name and worked at Rosatom. From there, everything went crazy and the whole internet lit up with identifying Rosatom people.

There is an Ivanov working at Rosatom but his birthdate doesn't match the one given on the plane roster.

An anon found a link to one with the right name and birthdate but no connection to Rosatom.

So if Over the Target means Ivanov, it doesn't seem to be either of the guys connected to Rosatom.

Other options discussed in bread 429 were Evgeny Ilyinov (Levanov) who was directly under Ivanov, (under the target/over the target) and Pachenko.
