The first thing that came to mind was John Perkins, former economic hit man for The Cabal https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confessions_of_an_Economic_Hit_Man

Essentially, he gave 3rd world nation's leaders a choice, be very rich or very dead (including your families and friends). All you have to do is buy US debt, and then use the proceeds from that debt to pay select US corporations to do infrastructure & other work.

Perkins is actually a bit suspect IMO as he names the NSA https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confessions_of_an_Economic_Hit_Man who Q has named as good guys, so perhaps they weren't ALL good at one point, perhaps they will clear that up. Or, perhaps Perkins was actually C_A and falsely accused the NSA to shift blame. No way to really know, but we do know the central premise is true, that we force countries to buy our debt and invest like we say.

If you watch Perkins speak, he seems sincere https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1IvMLTQ6ew so perhaps there was a clown-comped cell within the NSA, at least that's what I'm hoping assuming he speaks the truth.

So, hoping this helped shed a little more light on what's going on. I hope Q team has gamed the fuck out of this, because extricating ourselves (and the world) from this infernal machine is a daunting task, and could easily tank the entire world economy.
