I think it was posted months ago by an anon who knew or was involved with LEO efforts to counter human trafficking. But the vast majority of human trafficking coming into NA was via Alaska.
If you think about it, it's a huge port for everything coming from Asia and criminal elements within Russia. It's also somewhat known that Alaska is full of former and current CIA/spooks.
