RDS in this vid talks about how him and Bill Benny (Patriot of the highest order!) are good buddies and meet frequently. Most importantly he mentions how if Benny's ThinThread program were to be implimented on the SWIFT banking network it could be used to identify/target all the fraudulent bankers, human/drug traffickers, pedophile networks, all of it.
