Caravan will still be too far south of the hurricane. They may get rained on, that's about it.

However if the storm is still dumping inches and inches of rain when it hits Texas, it will make the rio grande more dicey to cross w/o a boat. So they wont be able to wade across it.

Texas is the closet access point for the caravan, but I would also expect them to branch out, unless there is a target state they are heading towards. (California/AZ/NM)
