Not sure I get your point, but here is a rephrasing:

It's common to all people, including autists, to have occassional doubts cross their mind, and a day here and there of feeling less patient.

On the other hand, it's common to shills to post on this board to demand that everyone explain why "nothing is happening".

And it's common to autists to recognize when anyone tries to implant thoughts/feelings. Which actually strengthens autists' determination instead of weakening the autists' beliefs. This is apparently a concept that the shills have not figured out yet.
