I recall seeing something like this float across the radar a few years ago; Facebook or Twitter (I can't remember which, tbh) was testing a rollout of a "feature" where you could set up an autoresponder for "people that are too busy to check status" blah blah blah.

 

It didn't appear to have much user buy-in because it was only talked about for a hot minute and then gone..

Yes, the thing I'm talking about was an advertised feature, not a spoopy thing like this.

 

But it did remind me that just because code isn't implemented publiclyโ€ฆ. Doesn't mean it's gone; And individuals that know the code is present, can uncomment it. User won't be in the position to notice, unless they are looking for it. ;)
