Okay, personally I can't help but shake the RED_OCTOBER. We know these hints are cryptic, detailed and with double meanings. I don't think it's a reference to the data centers. I think the "hunt for red october" may have been a reference to a submarine trying to False Flag a new war via missile launches(which were stopped and played off as tests). Now the hunt is over, I'm thinking it's about the Bolshevik revolution because a LOT happened back then to shape our current world. First, it was significantly bankrolled by american interests, it helped establish a central bank in one of the major countries without one, and paved the way for future oil interests. Not only is that RED OCTOBER fishy, that was near the creation of the League of Nations(now the U.N.) as an attempt at a world government.

To help finance the bolsheviks, US bankers at the time pretty much bought out the Red Cross and used it as a cover to send their operates ANYWHERE under the guise of humanitarian aid without question.
