Has anyone listened to the WH press briefing today with SS?

She mentions legislative outline for rebuilding infrastructure, but I think there's MORE meaning behind the legislative level stuff for the infrastructure. She specifically says:

"Decision making authority will be returned to State and Local governments." END OF SENTENCE.

Seems to me, if the Republic that our forefathers envisioned was truly being restored, decision making authority would be returned to State and Local governments, considering the fact that EACH state is it's own Nation State, so they absolutely have the right to make their own decisions at the State and Local level, something that DOESN'T currently happen in reality.

She did NOT make reference to WHAT authority was being returned to State and Local levels, and I haven't read the legislative stuff that goes with it, but this is definitely something to dig into imo.
