Is it possible that those who control NK are farming people for medical research and other twisted rituals. That they aren’t simply being farmed for sex trafficking and other forms of slavery but for actual consumption by those people.
Do they need humans for whatever “cures” they’ve discovered and do they keep them for themselves. When was the last time the uber elite have ever died from cancer or other types of incurable disease?
