Thought about POTUS tweet earlier:

The E-N-and C were missing from the word "emergency"

Enc sometimes means "enclosure"

At the end of a letter, adding "enc" and a qualifier suffix word

is common notation to reference additional enclosed information.

Maybe there's some other enclosed information in that tweet.

There are 279 characters in that tweet, so it's valid to think perhaps he was just trying to squeeze the entire thing into one box. However, historically, we know he regularly breaks the twitter character count by tweeting multiple ~280 character chunks back to back to back.

Oh wait. He did that on this tweet too.

He's threatening in the following tweet. I smell a State of Emergency.
