Just came back from the store. Rush on his radio program had an interesting idea: Send FEMA down there and process them out the wazoo, fingerprints, make them fill out every form known to man in application to the US , etc. and feed them .. and then send them home on buses.

You're right of course .. but I think his point was that most would not stick around for that and go back south of their own volition.
