Self love is to know your fears and love yourself past them, to know your faults and go back and thrust loving energy from you now to you then, and heal them. Its sitting alone with memories that hurt and hugging yourself energetically in a mental way until you feel safer in yourself. Its a process that takes as long as you need, but the result is you CARE about your self, your life, your heart and mind. YOU can NOT hurt yourself or any other life form if you have true SELF LOVE

God tells us first and foremost. LOVE THYSELF
