RR is out of moves and this SCIF meeting will initiate the start of the full declas.
After RR failed to get meetings with Trump that RR could record with a wire, RR tried to confirm his protection from Lynch, Comey, & McCabe. But Lynch recorded the calls, and has been flipped.
RR lost all options when Kavanaugh was confirmed, including trying to prevent the declas or keep it redacted.
Because the declas/release of the fisas will incriminate RR, Comey and McCabe have turned on RR. Now RR is turning on all the rats to save himself.
Wray will replace RR after RR resigns. Sessions & Wray will have full power to proceed against the rats. Not even the SC can save the rats now.
