Throwing this random crumb in to the mix. I interned for the producer of Forest Gump, and Dodi Fayed used to call our office regularly. He was good friends with Wendy Finerman (cokehead), who, in turn, was also very good friends with Princess Fergi. Dodi was Diana's boyfriend (I didn't know that at the time, although they were killed just two months after my internship ended).
It is puzzling to me to try and put all this together. If Diana was White Hat, and she found out something (pic related), was Dodi (as a part of Adnan Kashoggi's family) a Black Hat? Or was he also killed because he had turned against his family? Did Diana find out whatever Q mentioned FROM Dodi? I'm guessing this is the case.
So, whatever Diana found out, is (duh) related to Kashoggi. As pointed out by Godfather III reference.
The fact that here we are 21 years later and this is at least ancillary to this OP today is mind blowing.
