When they get to the border, human wall of military will stop, but can't afford that everytime. We relied on everything we have in place and they all failed. Need wall. National security, congress won't act, gotta use this massive military budget I have to build it ASAP.
President Trump talked about Wall, Congress funding (1.6 Billion), then immediately transitioned to Military budget (700 Billion). I yelled, "Use That!". I think he was hinting.
