only concern of Quigley's is that Gen Kelly was in Reine's Beacon global, but he may have been a Trump/Flynn plant to give REines disinfo & lull him into a false sense of security which would make him think his side hs a bombshell when it's in fact a dud.
Gonna watch Reines closely on this.
