Why only nyc? Why not dept’s, with same cams, all over?

It’s called pay for use.
You want taxes eliminated? The infrastructure needs to be paid for… those paying for it through collective contributions get to use it.
Consider it a glimpse of what paying no tax is.
There are 48,422 police officers in NYC. But only 3000 cams are an issue?
