This is YUGE… All these tech companies that outsource and hire cheaper foreign visa labor now have to hire and pay a fair wage to Americans citizens. Kids that graduate from college have a future not to mention the ones out of work or looking to advance or change jobs get a fair chance.
Way to go POTUS!
