Cool Q thing aside for one moment, it is said in "educated" circles that it is China that truly controls and hold NoKo hostage. It's a compelling argument on paper. We were feeding them stuff to push against China. Once upon a time, I could see it. Now, I am unsure. I do not wholly buy the Company owns it, but I have no doubt they manipulated them a great deal so they have a strong hold there.
