Is this guy a spook trying to incite violence or civil war?
His last name, Shawn Boutwell has ties to 'Bloodlines' which suggest he may be from the Payseur family.
In his video yesterday he is ponding his War Drum in his PAYtriot video telling folks to head down to border with guns and all.
Not a good move IMHO
How many feel like digging into this guy? I smell a CLOWN.
