Emergy may not have been a typo by POTUS.
Google EMERGY and you find all kinds of stuff about Embodied Energy which is like the sunk costs of energy used to make something. For instance a chunk of aluminum has a high emergy so you don't want to waste it, instead recycle it when you are done with it. But concrete has a very low emergy so just smash it up and throw it away when it's not needed.
An accountant or an economist who takes emergy into consideration might provide very different advice than one who ignores the emergy component. I think Trump is hinting that modern economists have the economy all wrong because all their analyses are off. This is the root of his magic wand that Hussein laughed at. Trump has a more comprehensive understanding of economic things, and emergy is part of it. But there are some other tricks up his sleeve.
If we all start looking at emergy and talking about emergy, then he will drop a hint about another thing that everybody is missing.
