Are you talking about how they're all standing on one of the "rays" emanating from the Seal of POTUS?
I noticed that in that last similar picture, too. Wasn't sure what it meant.

On previous photo, I noted that they were all standing on a "ray" emanating from the Seal. (Curious about a possible connection to the Sun of there's a deeper meaning intended.). Also, I commented about people standing on the rays and someone replied that it was related to "the 22 Forces" and I never figured out what those are, if anything.)
