FISA abuse is only abuse if the FISA judges aren't in on it. We already know from strzok/page at least one, rudy contreras, was in on it, best case at the plausible deniability level, worst case he knew exactly what he was doing. Agreeing to preside over the Flynn case suggests contreras was acting as a full blown swamp rat (coup conspirator). The whole coup is documented, real, and can be proven in court. Where/how fo you hold a trial for those involved, especially a FISA court judge? I think we're going to find out after the midterms.
