Looking here at the seats of power, depicting lords and masters seated over the NATIONAL FLORAL EMBLEM with the minions in a row behind them, suggests to me a "Pact" of power was struck here on that day and sealed by that image. My guess is that it was to arm North Korea with Nuclear Weapons - sell Uranium to it. This falls within the same era that Bill was doing other deals of a similar nature. Uranium One, was not ONLY about selling Uranium to Russia. Uranium One was about arming America's enemies with Nuclear Weapons, including Iran, China and North Korea.
Bill wasn't tossed out of the Presidency because he couldn't keep his fly closed. He and Hillary were tossed out of the White House because they were caught selling the secrets to China on how to arm a missile with an ICBM nuclear warhead. The Lewinsky affair was the "cover" story to cover up the cover-up.
