Puerto Rico citizens are eligible for medicare. It is misleading to say 25% of pharma exports, because the drug companies get paid US medicare Rates(these are 2-1000x higher than rates paid in say canada or india) for their drugs there. Puerto Rico on a per capita rate has a VASTLY higher frequency of medicare fraud than any other state in the US. (i know its not a state).

You're describing the tachyonic anti-telephone thought experiment device. A tachyon is a hypothetical partical that travels faster than C. There is zero evidence that these exist and are not really hypothetical in any flavor of QM, further, we have no idea how we might even detect such a thing if it did exist.

The impossibility of the device and the paradox it would imply was one of Einsteins arguments supporting relativity before it as experimentally demonstrated.

I lived in McClean for a year when my ex worked at the Deloitte there. Its not nearly as elite of a place as this article makes it sound. Lots of dual income no children families. We had decent new construction 1br condo that cost 3500/month. Its almost exactly half way between NSA and CIA HQ. They are about 15 miles apart. Lots of employees and employees of contractors work there. 98% have boring technical and management jobs.

If there is an actual cia/nsa war going on, this would be the no man's land between the HQs.
